Every purchase, request to paid.
XceedProcure runs purchasing for your whole company: requests in a chat, approvals drawn from your org chart, invoices matched to the order and the delivery, and vendors paid through XceedPulse. Agents prepare. People approve.
From Talpro Software, trusted with $6B+ in payroll
Trusted by growing African businesses
Buying shouldn’t run on WhatsApp.
Requests in chats, approvals by email, invoices in a folder: no audit trail, and no idea what is already committed.
Approved before money moves
Every purchase follows your approval limits, with the budget checked the moment someone asks.
The wrong vendor stopped
A vendor with a failed check or an expired tax clearance is blocked before an order goes out.
Spend you can see
What is spent and committed, by team and cost centre, against the budget you set.
From request to paid.
Agents do the paperwork. People make every decision that counts.
- 1
Ask
Anyone types what they need, like “5 laptops for the Lagos office”. The Intake Agent fills in the request, the category and the cost centre, and checks the budget.
- 2
Approve
The approval chain comes from your org chart and limits. An approver on leave? Their cover gets it. Each approver sees a short brief first.
- 3
Order and receive
The request becomes a purchase order to a vendor that passed its checks. Staff confirm the delivery, with a photo if needed.
- 4
Match and pay
The Match Agent reads the invoice, matches it to the order and the delivery, and checks the tax. Finance approves, and XceedPulse pays the vendor.
Built on Talpro’s agentic platform: every agent works through XceedNexus, within the limits you set.
One product, from small team to group.
Essentials, for small businesses
Move purchasing off spreadsheets and chats: simple approvals, a checked vendor list, and invoices matched for you. Ready-made settings get you started fast.
Scale, for growing companies
Approval chains that follow your org chart and grade limits, budgets with hard or soft blocks, and vendors checked before you buy.
Enterprise, for groups
Several companies and countries, each in its own currency, with one view of the group. Keep your ERP for the books.
Agents prepare. People approve.

On its own, or with Xceed365HR. Use XceedProcure by itself, with your org chart imported. With Xceed365HR, your people, approvers and cost centres come straight from XceedCore, and payroll and purchasing roll into one view of what each team really costs.

Who is XceedProcure for?
Any company that buys things: from a small business moving off spreadsheets to a group with several companies and countries. Anyone can raise a request; approvers, Finance and procurement each get their own view.
Do we need Xceed365HR to use it?
No. XceedProcure works on its own: import your org chart and approval limits, and it builds the approval chains. With Xceed365HR, it takes them straight from XceedCore and keeps them up to date as people move.
Can agents approve things on their own?
Only if you let them. By default an agent prepares the work and a person decides. You can let an agent act alone below a limit you set, such as approving clean invoices under a set amount, and everything it does is explained and recorded.
How are vendors paid?
Approved invoices go into a payment run through XceedPulse, Talpro’s payments platform, with withholding tax split out, and each payment is matched back to its invoice. Larger companies can pay through their own bank or ERP instead.
We already have an ERP. Do we replace it?
No. Keep your ERP for the books. XceedProcure handles requests, approvals, orders and invoices, and we set up how it connects to your systems during implementation.
Does it handle tenders and e-invoicing?
Sealed-bid tenders, a vendor portal, and checks against e-invoicing systems such as FIRS and eTIMS are on the 2027 roadmap. Ask in your demo for the dates.
